New York- New York City

The city of New York has most population in United State. It is center of New York urban area and also it is the most overcrowded area in the world. New York has major impact upon global commerce, media, education, art, entertainment, finance, research and technology. The New York City is also the home of the United Nations Headquarters. For National affairs New York is an important center. The city of New York is located on world’s largest harbors. New York city is in the Northeastern side of United State .The population of the New York City is about 18.9 million peoples. New York City has hot and humid temperatures .Winters is cold and moist .January is the coldest month of the city. The New York City has 49.7 inches rain every year. Snow fall is almost 22.4 inches every year.

New York has a beautiful buildings the architecture of the city is admirable and splendid. There are buildings of different styles always catch you. The beauty of city is remarkable. Many tourists visit there because of the unique and beautiful structure. Some remarkable buildings are the Empire State Building and Chrysler Building the very high and beautiful building. Brownstone row houses are also very beautiful in Harlem they are built in 1870 to 1930. The city has many tallest buildings in the world the skyscrapers are the symbol of New York City. A unique attribute of many of the city’s buildings is the stilted roof-mounted water towers. If you have interest in architecture, New York is the best place to explore different styles of buildings. The high buildings, stunning styles will really inspire you.

New York City has number of park and public beaches in it. The areas covered by the parks are over 28,000 acres. New York City has many parks name are Central Park, Central Park Conservatory Garden, Prospect Park, Conference House Park, Corona Park. Most visited park in United State is Central Park. New York City has arts and cultural organization. There are 2000 arts and more than 500 cultural organizations are in the New York City. New York city is also the hub for the film industry in United State. The most important industry of New York City is tourism. Many of the tourists come here every year. Almost 40 million tourists visit each year. The tourists are international and also domestic. The most favorite and important destination of tourists are Statue of liberty, Ellis Island, Empire State building, Central Park, Washington Square park. New York City has record 48.7 million tourists in 2010.

New York City is a core point for the television, book publishing, and advertising, music, and newspaper industries and is also the major media market in North America. The New York City is a main hub for banking and finance, retailing, world trade, transportation, tourism, real estate, insurance, new media and traditional media, theater, fashion, and the arts in the United States. New York City is not only beautiful also it has the strong economy.
